With our Custom Design Mirror service, you can upload your own file or image, and our team will bring it to life in a professional, high-quality mirror design.

We create mirrors in a variety of sizes, tailored to fit your style and space. A non-refundable $75 design and drafting fee is required to begin work. This fee ensures only serious orders are processed and includes:

• A custom image designed and converted into an XDF cut-ready file, prepared specifically for your project.
• Back-and-forth conversation to verify colors and design details so you get exactly what you’re envisioning.
• A rough draft file sent to you before finalization, allowing you to request adjustments or design changes.
• Extreme attention to detail, ensuring your file is cut-ready, structurally sound, and designed so no pieces “fall apart” during the cutting process.

The full product price will be provided once your draft is finalized, ensuring accuracy based on the design and scale.

(Once designed, the draft file is yours to keep — even if you decide not to move forward immediately. You can hold on to it, review it at your own pace, and return to us when you’re ready. While you may find someone willing to produce your design at a lower price, we stand by the quality, precision, and care that goes into every mirror we create. Choosing the lowest price may save money up front, but it cannot guarantee the craftsmanship and attention to detail that our customers rely on.)

A draft of your mirror will be prepared and sent to you within one business day for review and approval. Production will not begin until you approve your draft. Please note that larger or intricate designs may require more than one business day. In such cases, you will receive an email notification confirming your file has been received along with an updated draft timeline.
