Every great design starts with a blueprint. To begin your order, a non-refundable $75 design and drafting fee is required. This fee ensures your project receives dedicated attention and includes:

• A custom design file created exclusively for you, converted into an XDF cut-ready format.
• Personal collaboration with our design team to bring your vision to life and confirm details like layout and color.
• A rough draft file sent for your approval before finalization, allowing you to request any adjustments.
• Extreme attention to detail, ensuring your design is structurally sound and will cut cleanly — no weak points, no falling pieces.

Once approved, you’ll receive your complete project quote based on size, finish, and design complexity.

Available in raw steel, powder-coated, or specialty finishes. We proudly use Cardinal brand powder coating for premium durability and color quality.

• Powder coat samples are a close match but may vary slightly on your screen.
• Seasonal and specialty colors may cycle in and out, but custom options are always available.
• All selections are final. Our team will guide you if you have questions about the right finish.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $200 ship free within the continental U.S.
• Standard Shipping: Orders under $200 are calculated at checkout.
• Local Options: Pick-up and drop-off available for customers in New River and Anthem, AZ.
