To begin your custom order, a non-refundable $75 design and drafting fee is required. This fee ensures that each project is treated with the attention it deserves and includes:

• A custom design file prepared exclusively for your business, converted into an XDF cut-ready format.
• One-on-one collaboration with our design team to review colors, layouts, and details.
• A rough draft file sent for your approval before finalization, with the opportunity to request adjustments.
• Extreme attention to structural detail, ensuring your sign is designed to cut cleanly and securely — built to last without risk of pieces “falling out.”

Once your design is finalized and approved, you’ll receive your full project quote based on size, finish, and scale.
